S Corp Business A filing still has a day.
The election changes the lines. It does not cancel the calendar.

The company return still comes.
After the election is accepted, the company still files a federal return for the year. That return has a day in the middle of March, and an extended day in the middle of September. March and September do not shift because a shop sits in one state or another. We keep them on a calendar the owner can see.
The return is built from closed months, not from the acceptance letter alone. The letter tells us the status and the date. The months tell us the numbers. A letter with no closed months is a cover on an empty book.
We do not draft that return while a month is still open. If the statement is unmatched, the draft will move. The close page is the rule. This page is only the reminder that the day still exists.
The owner's estimates still come.
The owner's personal estimates do not vanish because the company elected. Profit that passes through still has to be planned for. The estimate days fall in the same months for everyone on that federal calendar.
A paycheck changes the picture, because withholding can cover part of what the owner will owe. A draw does not withhold anything. That is another reason the two are not the same movement.
This page does not name a wage or a draw amount. If you want a reading of your own year, it starts with closed months and the letter's date, then a conversation. The form is how that conversation starts.
March and September stay visible.
A deadline that is federal is the same day whether the shop is on a coast or in the middle of the country. We write it that way on purpose. The work is the books, the notice, and the date, not a local season.
If a separate notice arrives from an office in your state, bring it. We will read that notice as its own paper. We do not fold it into the federal day, and we do not pretend one calendar line can stand for both.
October is the owner's extended day, and it has its own page. The company return should already have been handled by then. October is for aiming the owner's next step, not for reopening a month we closed in the spring.
