S Corp Business

S Corp Business A signed audit goes elsewhere.

Audit, review, and compilation are a different firm's work. We say that once.

Name the limit

Once.

Said once, then back to the work.

If you need a signed audit, a review, or a compilation, that report is issued by a firm that does attest work. We do not issue it. The limit lives on the disclosures page, in the sentence that stands alone. This page exists so you do not have to discover the limit at the end of a call.

The rest of our work stays. Books that match the statement. A wage placed on the payroll service you already use. A return only after those months are closed. Those are the jobs. The signed report sits outside that list.

People sometimes use the word audit for a close look at the books. If that is what you mean, say look. We do look. We match, we name, and we ask about lines that do not belong. That look is not a signed report.

Ask.

What to say when you call.

Tell us which sentence you were hoping for. A signed opinion is a no. A cleanup of the owner's paycheck and draw is a yes, if the letter and the statements are available. A provider setup is a yes if you will run the provider.

We would rather decline quickly than stretch a word until it covers work we do not do. A fast no saves you a month. A fuzzy yes wastes it.

If a lender asked for the signed report, bring the lender's sentence. We can help you see what they asked for, and we can still keep the books that sit underneath whoever signs.

Stay.

What remains on the table.

After the limit, the table still has the week. The letter, the wage, the draw, the statement, the close. None of those require a signed opinion. They require a file that tells the truth in ordinary names.

You can hire the attest firm and still have us keep the months. The two jobs do not fight if everyone knows which job is whose. Confusion starts when one firm is asked to nod at the other's report.

Use the form to say which one you need. If it is the signed report, we will point you away without a lecture. If it is the week, we will start with the movement you name.

Send the limit.

Say whether you need a signed report or a look at the week.

You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
